Chris Finona – Head Coach

This is Chris’ second year with Fire N’ Ice. Last season he was the head coach for our inaugural 16U team. This season he will be serving as head coach for our 18U Red Prospect team. Having had the opportunity to get to know Coach Chris more over the past year, I am extremely excited that he is part of FNI. Coach Chris has proven he is willing to help FNI wherever he can, and I am grateful for his efforts. Chris has a wealth of experience in coaching and administration in youth sports. Chris was President of the softball league for Riverside Little League, spent the previous 6 years coaching at East Bay Rage where he found success tournament after tournament. There is no doubt FNI is a better program with him aboard.

Abby Fortin – Assistant Coach

Back for her 2nd season coaching with FNI is Coach Abby Fortin, who is aslo an FNI alum. Coach Abby is currently a Junior at Lasell University where she pitches for the Lasers. In her 2 seasons with FNI Red playing for Coach Fons, Coach Abby was a leader and a relentless competitor. One of the best players to coach has now become a coach the players love!
